Reviews
We publish reviews from real customers of our pool and spa service. Each one is verified against a property we actually maintain, and is published with the customer’s permission. This is how we hold ourselves accountable — the work is judged by the people whose homes it’s in.
A note on this page: verified customer reviews are being added as they come in. The entries below are development placeholders clearly marked as such — they are not real reviews, and we don’t present them as such. We’d rather show you nothing than show you something that isn’t true.
Reviews by service
“On time, meticulous, and the water was always clearer than I could manage myself.”
“They caught a pump issue early and told me exactly what it would take to fix it.”
“Our vacation home pool was ready every single time we arrived.”
How we verify reviews
- Real customer. The reviewer is matched to a property we actually maintain.
- Customer permission. Reviews are published with the customer’s consent.
- No editing of substance. We don’t alter what a customer said to make it sound better. If a review is critical, that’s useful information and it stays.
Are we maintaining your pool? If you’d be willing to share your experience, get in touch and we’ll set it up.
