Accessibility

We want this website to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or other assistive technology. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and treat accessibility as part of the work, not an afterthought.

What this site implements

  • Semantic structure — a single logical heading order, landmarks for header, navigation, main content, and footer, and meaningful lists and tables.
  • Skip navigation — a “Skip to main content” link is the first focusable element on every page.
  • Keyboard navigation — every interactive element, including the navigation menus and FAQ accordions, is reachable and operable by keyboard.
  • Visible focus states — focus is always visible with high-contrast outlines.
  • Readable text and contrast — body text and links meet or exceed WCAG AA contrast ratios, and text can be resized without loss of function.
  • Accessible forms — every input has a programmatic label, required fields are announced, error messages are linked to the fields they describe, and no information is conveyed by color alone.
  • Descriptive images — images carry meaningful alt text, and decorative imagery is hidden from screen readers.
  • Accessible accordions — FAQ sections use standard disclosure semantics with correct expanded/collapsed states.
  • No motion that harms — page transitions are minimal and respect reduced-motion preferences where supported.

Known limitations

No website is perfectly accessible to every person in every situation. If any part of this site is difficult to use with your setup, please tell us — feedback like that is how we find what automated checks miss.

Report an issue

If you encounter a barrier on this site, contact us using the contact form or the email address published on the contact page. Describe the page, the barrier, and the assistive technology or device you were using, and we will work to resolve it.

Standards

We measure against WCAG 2.2 (W3C), Level AA, and follow WAI’s authoring guidance for HTML and CSS.
